We move in a digital context where there are thousands and thousands of accounts in social networks, an ocean of contents of all issues and behind it a large mass of people trying to stand out and gain visibility to drive, many of them, their activity professional. Although this looks like a “total chaos” without any order or outline, every day large chain content occur (in all formats) where some means or relevant person throws information and viral to reach the great mass user.
These initiators of the “information chains” are called leaders 2.0 as I noted in the title or for many, the influencers. Trendsetters around this question, the question is:
How does reach that point of influence on other users? What are the skills and best practices to consider for those who want to come to this?
If you look at many of these leaders 2.0 in their day to day and do a draft skills and good practices would come out the following:
1- The art of prudence: A digital terrain everything is clear so be careful is never over. Prudence also shown when entering avoids unnecessary disputes or documented well before giving a firm opinion on a particular subject.
2- Tone sustained optimistic: Almost all leaders are more focused on finding and communicating opportunities in an environment rather than sow destructive comments without a clear objective.
3- Skills marked assertive communication: These people have the skill to defend and communicate their convictions without subjecting the will of other users. They know their surroundings convince with arguments and data so that they do not need to impose anything.
4- Find the focus before communicating: Know what you want to relate it is crucial to gain influence. We must be clear before starting to drop any messages. If you have a niche, you have the message.
5- Find the tone and be faithful to a style: Leaders are remembered because they were recognizable and true to a style. In a digital map you must find the words type having good agreement with the message and the objective.
6- Creativity in content creation: A good leader 2.0 is a person with an inexhaustible regular and sustained ability to create relevant content. That is precisely what makes them recognizable and different from other internet users in them.
7- Engagement: Making the content accessible from any device, at any time and format will greatly increase the rate of popularity of the person concerned.
8- Perseverance and “know wrong”: One is linked to the other. A person who has a high public exposure at some point go wrong and perseverance is achieved continue on the same path with a lesson learned.
9- Research and continuous learning: If a user is devoted to explaining his knowledge alone, it has an end, but if it does what you learn has a lot more travel.
What are for you the commonalities of the leaders 2.0?
