I don’t know about you but I’m really enjoying working from home.  I don’t think that I’m really missing the office at all.   I might miss my coworkers from time to time but at the end of the day there is always teams, zoom and WhatsApp to make up with any of that kind of social interaction.  To be honest I don’t really need the distraction anyway.  Having colleagues around meant I wasn’t as productive as I could be at home and it’s great to be able to just come away from the computer, have a wander around my house for a bit and then make a cup of tea.

It is this current situation that has been pushed upon us. I think that for the most part most people have made the most of it.  It was quite a nice feeling to receive a nice brand new shiny laptop from work and my desk set up from Next day delivery office desks company Bestbuyofficechairs is all mine and I can adorn it with all the items that I want and personalise it.

In this way I was able to demarcate a space just for me to be able to do work from.  My family knows that whilst I am approachable whilst I’m sat there I am at work.  The best thing about it all is I don’t have to mess about with a long commute and I think that’s the same for other  people.  When I turn that computer off I’m done and I am home. There is no fighting through a train or a bus or being stuck in an endless queue trying to get through a certain Junction into the housing estate.
