E-marketing, e-commerce and Social Media Marketing are already essential pieces in the communication plans of companies, therefore, this professional profile was one of the most demanded last year.
For three years now, the fourth Monday in January, the work of Community Managers and professionals working in the digital marketing sector has been commemorated internationally.
In this context, Gema Minayo, Social Media Manager of Womenalia participated in the past Social Media Marketing Day organized by the Inesdi training school together with other experts from the world of marketing and Social Media. In his speech, “The new Community Manager”, offered some of the characteristics of this professional profile, which he defines as a “Professional 4.0” in which 4 professions and several responsibilities are mixed:
Minayo emphasizes the “Digital Natives”, consumers who have been born in the digital world and from very early ages participate in the Social Media world. Also in the fact that companies have to adapt to the new reality by pursuing a unique and global strategy within the offline and online.
Therefore, the challenge as Social Media professionals in this new paradigm of the Community Manager is to have a great global vision of the market, to learn how to manage human behavior, have ears open and last, and not so easy, to use common sense.
