Occasionally the words team and startup can be antagonistic. The most common is to start with a story to the purest style Steve Jobs, with a friend in a garage without hiring anyone because there is no money.

– They must share the same passion, dedication and involvement that you print it in the project. That is one of your greatest works: namely connect with your computer to give 100% from day one.
– The talents should be complementary. In a startup it is even more important because resources are scarce and must optimize it well to not run out of money and the business model without validating 100%.

At first, though you may be few, its good name and signing people in positions with which they can feel important from day one. These charges are as follows:
1- CEO or project leader: This in theory is yourself.
CO-FOUNDER 2- or partner: This profile must be 100% complementary to you. If your profile is more technical, your partner would be more convenient marketing or finance.
3- CFO or CFO: He is responsible for ensuring the balance between revenue and expenditure.
4- CMO or marketing director: Responsible for all marketing strategies.
5- COO or COO: Their work is to lead all important processes and collaboration within the enterprise.
