The fundamental precept in Social Networks is conversation, dialogue and the fact of creating relationships, whether personal or professional, with different users in order to establish ties that allow us to obtain a benefit to us as professionals or as individuals.
Thanks to the dialogue and the interaction and the generated conversation we can obtain an added value from our audience, which is neither more nor less than their opinion, their suggestions and their criticisms: the much desired by the professionals Feedback. The satisfaction of giving and receiving for it, a certain response that reveals to us those indications of if what we did had a positive and effective impact and repercussion. All a reaction of an orgasm. You like? Oh Yeahh, yeah, give me more Feedback!
Feedback, also referred to as feedback, is a way of making us grow as professionals through the “critical opinion” of other professionals or users. It is a consideration of value that another professional makes about an action that we have made, such as changing the appearance of the blog, modifying the profile of a social platform or a comment in a blog post.
This contribution from other users allows us to improve certain aspects that, perhaps, we had overlooked that are not as optimal as they could be, and always, and I always say, enrich in a very broad way the action taken, since the same comment from the user who has decided to contribute his vision goes to swell the content that we have shared.
But we have to be cautious. We should not confuse feedback and opinion. An opinion can be a comment about the background color of our blog or the design that depends a lot on the impression that the user gives what we show, while the feedback, we can say, is an act in which the contribution is more professional, deeper, providing not only an opinion, but a justification of it, is an act that is done by acquiring a greater commitment.
The importance of feedback lies in the fact that it is a great and powerful ally of evaluation for us. It allows us to analyze the evolution of a certain action or strategy, and it serves as a source of inspiration for future actions, based on constructive criticism from qualified people and that can be very valuable when coming, generally, from other professionals in our same sector. It is also a way of assessing our work, since seeing the reactions it causes in our audience we can get a much more than approximate idea of how it is impacting on it.
We often make the mistake of not considering the feedback important, because we think that we are doing well, but we must thank and above all, consider and value the fact that a user bothers to give us feedback. There are many blogs and many platforms in which a lot of content circulates and many actions are carried out, and if the user tells us what he thinks, we should listen to him because that will benefit us.
That is the important thing. Feedback as a method to improve every day.
